Meghan Gifford has been promoted from senior director to vice president of corporate development and strategy at Reston, Virginia-headquartered government technology provider Octo.
She will collaborate with Octo’s executive leadership team and board of directors on overseeing the company’s strategic planning and merger-and-acquisition initiatives, the company said Tuesday.
Gifford will continue to spearhead the Integration Management Office, which she helped establish in late 2020 to manage the consolidation of acquired businesses.
Prior to Octo, she spent five years at management consulting firm Wolf Den Associates, where her last role was principal and team lead within the transaction advisory practice.
