NCI, Inc., a leading information techology solutions provider to the U.S. government, announced that it has acquired the outstanding capital stock of TRS Consulting, Inc. TRS Consulting, based in Reston, Â Virginia and founded in 2001, provides technology services and training to federal personnel in the intelligence community. TRS services include mission-critical agile software, database management, and analytical computing solutions. TRS fouses on open source technologies to improve information sharing and collaboration in the intelligence community.

From a market positioning perspective, TRS has outstanding technical credentials and experience in supporting important national programs addressing some of the most critical missions in the Intelligence Community, ” said president of NCI, Terry W. Glasgow, in a press release.
TRS Consulting is run by 60 highly-trained technology experts. The financial terms of NCI’s acquisition of TRS Consulting have yet to be released.
