Daniela Walrath, a human resources professional with over two decades of industry experience, has started her new role as chief people officer at QinetiQ’s U.S. subsidiary.
She will oversee talent acquisition, people management and other HR functions in her new position, QinetiQ said.
Walrath most recently served as chief HR officer and senior vice president at Acuity International and held senior HR leadership roles at GovCon companies Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), CSRA and Computer Sciences Corp.
At Lockheed, she led human capital management efforts of the company’s information systems and global solutions businesses and oversaw talent recruitment for Navy and federal health care programs, according to her LinkedIn profile.
