Amyx said Wednesday it appointed Ryan Marsden, who most recently served as CFO at Integral Consulting Services, to succeed Kadasi as finance chief effective June 13.
William Schaefer, president and CEO of Amyx, said Marsden has a track record of financial leadership with a focus on corporate growth and employee engagement.
“His experience helping enable mid-sized and large organizations to achieve financial goals as well as familiarity with our customer base is exciting and exactly what we need at this stage,” Schaefer added.

Marsden previously served as vice president of finance and controller at WBB, director of business operations at QinetiQ North America and manager of program planning and control at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC).
