She will join a team of advisers operating through Withum’s office in Washington, D.C., and help expand the firm’s regional presence in the GovCon business, Withum said in a May 3 news release.
Wendy Terry, partner and practice leader of Withum’s government contractors team, said Lyte brings her expertise to the team and will play a key role in supporting clients and building up the firm’s GovCon practice nationally.
Lyte is founder and CEO of boutique firm LYRC CPA and has nearly two decades of accounting experience. She supports clients across GovCon, manufacturing and banking and finance services industries.
Her expertise includes Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance, Securities and Exchange Commission financial reporting, software development lifecycle best practices, enterprise resource planning implementation, indirect cost allocation and Federal Acquisition Regulations/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement compliance.
