The retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel will be responsible for overseeing HarmonyTech’s corporate operations, growth strategies and business development functions, the company said Thursday.
He most recently served as chief growth officer at Brillient and previously held senior VP roles at Synectics for Management Decisions, Data Systems Analysts, Ideal Innovations Inc. and L-3 Communications.
Kolton spent more than 22 years in the Army before entering the private sector and held assignments at the infantry level and as a military strategist in support of the White House, U.S. Central Command, Department of the Army and the 82d Airborne and 3d Infantry Divisions.
