Arcfield has appointed Lori Becker, former chief financial officer of Sierra Nevada Corp., to the CFO position and named Mike Smith, a 23-year U.S. Secret Service veteran, chief security officer of the Chantilly, Virginia-based systems engineering and integration contractor.
Both newly appointed executives will report to Arcfield Chairman and CEO Kevin Kelly, the company said Wednesday.
Becker will be responsible for Arcfield’s financial infrastructure and processes that include planning and reporting, accounting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and finance and pricing strategy.
Smith is a former USSS special agent in charge of the Office of Protective Operations and will oversee Arcfield’s security services for personnel, information systems, physical technologies and programs in his CSO position.
