Anser Advisory’s federal subsidiary Markon Solutions has purchased IntegrateIT to broaden its federal capabilities and enterprise information technology platforms and build up existing relationships with clients and partners.
IntegrateIT is a government contracting firm based in northern Virginia and provides IT professional services to defense and intelligence communities, Anser Advisory said Monday.
Matt Dean, chief operations officer of Anser Advisory and president of Markon Solutions, said the addition of IntegrateIT employees will enable Anser to expand its subject matter expertise and deepen customer relationships.
IntegrateIT CEO David Baldini said the transaction offers an opportunity to expand the company’s capabilities and offerings while continuing to deliver support services to clients.
Anser said IntegrateIT will honor commitments and continue to support customers’ missions with minimal change to daily operations.
