Fairfax, Virginia-based ICF said Tuesday it has completed more than 250 customer deployments on the digital workflow automation technology Now Platform during 2021 and has generated more than 150 applications through its digital service hubs to date.
The recognition was based on a set of criteria such as revenue performance, product line expansion and business innovation initiatives.
Mark Lee, executive vice president and public sector lead at ICF, said the company applies its deep domain and technology consulting experience in efforts to help federal clients implement low-code mission and digital business applications with cloud technology.
The partnership has more than 50 projects that support government organizations such as the departments of Health and Human Services, State and Commerce.
“ICF’s collaborative approach to sales and marketing, dedicated ServiceNow practice, platform accelerator library and expertise across all platform modules has contributed to high customer satisfaction scores for an impressive four years in a row,” said Steve Walters, vice president of ServiceNow’s federal business.
