Ruben Marchiani, former vice president of operations at NCI Information Systems‘ agile development sector, has been named vice president and market owner of national security at Excella.
He will oversee business development, profit and loss management, growth strategy implementation and client service functions in his new position to help expand Excella’s national security market presence, the company said Thursday.
The nearly three-decade industry veteran said he will focus on efforts to take technologies to sector clients and drive “top-line growth and bottom-line performance” for the Arlington, Virginia-based contractor.
At NCI, Marchiani led the delivery of agile software, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and analytics services to federal civilian customers.
