North Wind Dynamics has won a potential $135 million contract from the Department of Energy’s Office of Environmental Management to maintain, repair and protect facilities at a gaseous diffusion plant near Piketon, Ohio.
Under the performance-based hybrid contract, NWD will manage real property, records and fleet, oversee environmental safety, health and quality functions, and secure assets from cyber threats.
Other tasks will include snow removal, pest control, roadway and grounds maintenance, documentation, telecommunications, janitorial services and shipping work.
The new contract has a 34-month base period and a two-year option period.
