Parsons-Mobius JV Wins $567M Contract for MDA Test Services

A joint venture between Parsons (NYSE: PSN) and Mobius will provide testing support to the Missile Defense Agency under a potential six-year, $566.67 million contract.

Mobius Parsons Solutions beat out another proposer for the cost-plus-fixed-fee, level-of-effort contract via a competitive acquisition process on the SAM website, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.

The agency is obligating $3.73 million at the time of award from its fiscal 2021 research, development, test and evaluation funds.

MPS will perform contract work through September 2027 at Vanderberg Air Force Base in California and other various locations across the U.S.

Alexandria, Virginia-based MPS is a HUBZone-certified woman-owned small business that offers engineering, analytical and programmatic support services to the government.
