VTG will produce command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems for a U.S. Navy-operated network integration engineering facility under a potential five-year, $116 million contract.
The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific covers C4ISR production and engineering support to NIWC-PAC NIEF, the company said Tuesday.
Chantilly, Virginia-based VTG will also help the center procure C4ISR subsystems and ancillary equipment for surface, underwater and shore-based assets.
John Hassoun, VTG president and CEO, said the company has supported NIWC-PAC and Naval Information Warfare Systems Command in C4ISR integration and deployment efforts over the past five decades.
NIEF is located in San Diego and modernized its processes in 2019 to accelerate the delivery of information warfare systems to the naval fleet.
