Eddy Zervigon
Eddy Zervigon, a former member of the board of directors at DigitalGlobe, has been appointed to Maxar Technologies (NYSE: MAXR) board.
Maxar said Tuesday Zervigon’s term as a director will expire on the date of its annual stockholder meeting in 2020.
He is the co-founder and managing partner of New York-based investment company Occom Ridge Capital. His previous roles included special adviser for Riverside Management Group, director at Morgan Stanley & Co. and Bloom Energy, and senior international tax consultant at PwC.
Maxar CEO Dan Jablonsky said Zervigon brings extensive financial experience as the company aims to increase its revenue, profit and cash flow.
Zervigon holds both a bachelors degree in accounting and a masters degree in taxation from Florida International University, as well as an MBA from Dartmouth College.
