Lewis Cornell, a 27-year civil engineering and construction industry veteran, has been appointed to serve as president and CEO of WSP Global‘s U.S. subsidiary beginning on Oct. 15.
He will join WSP USA after serving as senior vice president and regional director of the buildings and infrastructure business at Jacobs Engineering Group (NYSE: JEC), WSP said Monday.
Before Jacobs, Cornell held a nearly 24-career at AECOM (NYSE: ACM) where he was previously responsible for all of its operations in California across the transportation, environment, water, energy, properties and building business lines.
