Cloud-based talent management software provider Acendre has acquired ICS Learning Group for an undisclosed sum.
Acendre is dedicated to partnering with customers who have complex hiring and development processes that must be automated to compete for talent, Acendre CEO Mike Giuffrida said in a statement published Monday.
Giuffrida noted the transaction allows Acendre and ICS to combine and offer their software-as-a-service talent management software and learning management platform to customers in the regulated industry market.
Founded in 1998, Pasadena, Md.-based ICS Learning Group provides learning content, e-learning software and custom training platforms for clients in government, health care, manufacturing, financial services and pharmaceutical markets.
ICS offers a learning management system, Asentia LMS, which helps promote communication and collaboration through the use of eLearning technology combined with conventional training methods.
Strattam Capital made an investment in Acendre in December to help the latter implement growth initiatives and advance its talent management SaaS platform.
