Mehdi Cherqaoui Mehdi Cherqaoui , formerly chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Phacil , has joined Applied Insight as CFO, the Washington Business Journal reported Thursday .
He previously served as VP of finance and mergers and acquisitions at PAE ™s VP of finance and mergers and acquisitions. Before that, Cherqaoui held various leadership roles at KPMG , URS and PwC .
Applied Insight also hired Kim Parker, previously director of contracts and subcontracts contracts at Leidos ™ (NYSE: LDOS) defense and intelligence group, to oversee contracts, ethics and compliance.
Randy Carr, former VP of talent management at Science Applications International Corp . (NYSE: SAIC), will be responsible for human resources operations.
