Daniel Smith, former chief financial officer at MicroPact, was appointed to the same role at Tyto Athene, a systems integrator based in Herndon, Va.
Smith brings 25 years of finance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, banking and valuation consulting experience to the company, according to a statement released by Tyto Athene Thursday
He spent six years at MicroPact and also served on its board of directors. Previously, he was the CFO of Attain, a professional services contractor.
