Kevin Eagan, a more than three-decade information technology veteran, has been appointed to serve as a senior vice president and chief digital officer at Cubic (NYSE: CUB) beginning on March 25.
Bradley Feldmann, chairman, president and CEO of Cubic, said in a statement published Monday that Eagan brings to the company his experience in IT modernization, new product development, digital business models, formation of partner and developer ecosystems and customer experience.
“We look forward to Kevin’s leadership to help drive our growth strategy as we continue to pivot Cubic for growth and transformation executing beyond our Goal 2020 strategic plan,” Feldmann added.
Eagan previously served as chief digital officer of IBMs (NYSE: IBM) global services segment, where he led enterprise transformation efforts and the implementation of the Apex malware protection program for C-suite customers.
He spent 25 years with Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) and helped develop its online store and the first iteration of the Windows Excel program.
