Kevin Boyle, former senior vice president, general counsel and secretary at Vencore, has joined Vectrus (NYSE: VEC) as its SVP, chief legal officer and general counsel.
He succeeds Michele Tyler, who will stay in her SVP role to assist with the transition, Vectrus said Wednesday.

Boyle led Vencore through its merger transaction with DXC Technologys U.S. public sector arm and Key Point Government Solutions to form the company now known as Perspecta (NYSE: PRSP).
He also held leadership positions at Alion Science and Technology, MCR, General Dynamics’ (NYSE: GD) information technology business, Vangent, Anteon International Corp., InterWorld Corp. and Avesta Technologies.
Boyle received his bachelors degree in history from Yale University and his juris doctorate from Tulane University Law School.
