SAIC, Booz Allen Hamilton, L-3, National Technologies Win Navy Modifications to Support Warfare Center Aircraft

The U.S. Navy has awarded Science Applications International Corp. (NASDAQ: SAI), Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. (NASDAQ: BAH), L-3 Communications Corp. (NYSE: LLL) and National Technologies, Inc. modifications to previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contracts to support the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft.

Under the modified contract, the companies can exercise options for business financial management and program and business analysis services. The companies have a shared ceiling not-to-exceed $9, 665, 555 for the ordering period. Each contractor will have a fair opportunity to compete for individual task orders. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

Work is expected to be completed in June 2012. Ninety percent of the work will be performed at NAWCAD Patuxent River, Md., and 10 percent at NAWCAD Lakehurst, N.J. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
