According to the Department of Defense, “Harris (NYSE: HRS) is being awarded a $15, 527, 025 firm-fixed-price contract to manufacture Warhead Replacement Tactical Telemetry, with 135 units ordered under this order. Work will be performed at Harris Corp., Palm Bay, Fla.; Herly Industries, Lancaster, Pa. (subcontractor); and Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp., Westminster, Co. Funds in the amount of $2, 645, 345 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The 638 SCMG/PKAD, Robins Air Force Base, Ga., is the contracting activity (FA8520-10-D-0001-0005).”
