Randy Cole, formerly vice president of client services at NeoSystems‘ managed accounting services business, has been promoted to senior VP of consulting services and product sales.
Tysons Corner, Virginia-based NeoSystems said Tuesday Cold led the establishment of the company’s remote business operations facility that offers back office services to government contractors and other commercial entities outside of the Washington metropolitan area.
He joined the back office management services provider five years ago and has gained a perspective of the GovCon industry through his previous experience as Deltek employee, client and partner/customer.
Cole spent 15 years at Deltek and his career there included leadership positions with oversight of managing consulting delivery, software design and quality control functions.
He also previously served in cost accounting and consulting roles at Computer Sciences Corp.
