Deborah Ricci, formerly senior vice president of finance and accounting at Constellis, has been promoted to chief financial officer of the Reston, Virginia-based risk management and operational support services contractor.
Constellis said Thursday Ricci succeeds Barry Broadus and will oversee the company’s financial strategy and operations as CFO.
“Debbie is extremely qualified for this position with her wealth of experience in financial, treasury and accounting roles,” said Constellis CEO Jason DeYonker.
She joined Constellis in April 2017 through the company’s acquisition of Centerra Group, where Ricci previously held the CFO role beginning November 2015.
Ricci also served as CFO at PAE‘s A-T Solutions subsidiary and at the Allied Defense Group.
She has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, financial planning and analysis, tax, accounting, investor relations, internal audit, pricing, contracts and human resources.
