Dulles, Virginia-based contract management software company Compusearch has agreed to work with reverse auction services provider FedBid in a push to expand support for federal customers’ procurement processes.
FedBid will maintain operations under its own brand and serve as the reverse auction provider within Compusearch’s PRISM suite of contract writing platforms, Compusearch said Tuesday.
Reid Jackson, Compusearch CEO, said both companies aim to help federal agencies modernize acquisition practices as well as bring insight systems to the government contracting community.
The combined firm will operate through offices in Clearfield, Utah; Dulles and Tysons Corner, Virginia; and at government client sites worldwide.
