Boeing (NYSE: BA) has secured a potential $371.2 million contract modification from the Defense Logistics Agency to provide performance-based supply chain support for the U.S. Air Force‘s F-15 aircraft fleet.
The Defense Departmentsaid Wednesday the sole-source contract contains a five-year base period that will run through March 14, 2022, and one five-year unpriced option.
Work will occur in Missouri and Georgia and will be funded with defense working capital funds for fiscal year 2017 through fiscal 2022.
DLA awarded Boeing a separate $143.4 million contract modification in late 2016 to supply consumable items for various aircraft platforms of the Air Force, Army, Navy and foreign military sales customers.
