Paul Szerszen, a program management and business development veteran, has been appointed vice president of Advanced Concepts and Technologies International‘s Department of Homeland Security business development account.
ACT I said February that Szerszen has more than 30 years of experience in senior management roles and will provide business development oversight for the company’s DHS-related programs.
“Mr. Szerszen is a dynamic and strategic manager with a track record of delivering progressive solutions to complex problems, particularly in DHS mission areas,” said ACT I CEO Michael Niggel.
Szerszen has served as president of Actionable Insights and as a member of faculty at the University of Maryland.
