Required Skills: A minimum of 10 years related experience, with at least 3 recent years as a Capture Manager. Technical experience in at least one of the following areas is required: ISR (Airborne, Ground or Maritime), Sensors, PED, UAV’s, UAS, EW, EA, EP, CBRNE, or any part of it (Chem-Bio, Radiological, Nuclear, or Directed Energy). In addition, must be able to work independently and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be detail-oriented and organized, creative and innovative. An active Top Secret security clearance is required, with the ability to obtain an SCI access.
