S4 Inc. has won a $99 million contract from the U.S. Air Force to provide information technology systems management support to the North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command.
The Defense Departmentsaid Friday that S4 will handle classified and unclassified data, voice and video networks of Northcom and NORAD under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
Work will occur at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado and Mexico through Nov. 27, 2021.
The Air Force received seven proposals for the contract and obligated $3.4 million in fiscal 2017 operations and maintenance funds at the time of award.
Colorado-based S4 is founded in 1999 as a small disadvantaged business and the company currently holds CMMI-SVC Level 2 rating and ISO 9001:2008 certification.
