Zhenia Klevitsky Named Chief Growth Officer at ITC Federal

Zhenia Klevitsky shared on LinkedIn Monday that she has been appointed chief growth officer of ITC Federal.

The new CGO brings 20 years of experience in business strategy development and implementation across the federal sector to her new role. Klevitsky will also leverage a proven track record in overseeing sales, strategic program capture and proposal management operations.

Career Achievements

Klevitsky served as CGO of cBEYONData in January 2024 and remained in that role for a month after the company was acquired by SMX in February 2025. Her responsibilities included overseeing business development, capture management, marketing and proposal development.

Before joining cBEYONData, the executive served as a board member at Sev1Tech and Women in Technology. She was also the vice president of business development at ASRC Federal, where she spearheaded the company’s civilian, health and national security business development operations within the federal market. 

Klevitsky was the director of client relationship at Guidehouse, responsible for its national security practice sales. Before that, she held the same role at PwC for over five years. She was tasked with developing the company’s homeland security and law enforcement business.

She worked at SE Solutions twice, most recently as senior VP of business development and marketing from 2013 to 2014 and VP of corporate development from 2004 to 2010. In between these roles, Klevitsky spent three years at Information Innovators, formerly Creative Computing Solutions.

Klevitsky served as a senior consultant at BearingPoint and Booz Allen Hamilton. She began her career with a four-year stint as a research fellow at LMI.
