Todd Borkey Named Chief Technology Officer at Peraton

Todd Borkey has been selected as chief technology officer at Peraton

The national security company said Tuesday Borkey will spearhead the development and implementation of its technology strategy, research and development portfolio. He will also oversee the formulation of strategic campaigns to generate new capabilities and market-altering innovations. Borkey is also tasked to direct the Peraton Strategic Innovation Group, including Peraton Labs.

Todd Borkey’s Career History

Borkey most recently served as the executive vice president and CTO of HHI, where he pioneered the company’s artificial intelligence initiative, resulting in the development of various applications. He was previously with Alion Science and Technology, serving as CTO for nearly four years, before it was acquired by HHI in 2021.

The Peraton executive also held the CTO position at Thales Communications and DRS Defense Solutions. Borkey also worked at Northrop Grumman and AT&T Bell Labs, serving in various engineering and management roles. At AT&T Bell Labs, he was the project manager tasked with developing long-haul undersea communication systems.
