The Department of Defense said Monday that the multiple-award contract comes with a five-year ordering period with an option of another five years. If the option period is exercised, work on the contract will end until March 5, 2035.

Under the contract, the companies will provide a range of environment-related architect and engineering services, including restoration, conservation, planning and quality.
Work will be performed at various Department of Defense and government agency facilities within and outside the contiguous United States.
The USAF competitively acquired the requirement through a bidding process with 32 offers received.
Fiscal 2025 operation and maintenance funds of $36,000 and base realignment and closure funds amounting to $45,000 will be obligated at the time of the contract award.
