Dynamic Integrated Services Acquires Vital Edge Solutions

Dynamic Integrated Services has purchased Vital Edge Solutions for an undisclosed sum to expand its capability to deliver mission-critical technology platforms and IT services to federal government clients.

DIS said Wednesday the transaction expands its capabilities in IT modernization, management consulting and strategic communications and strengthens its ability to compete for larger contracts with the federal government.

“Vital Edge Solutions brings an exceptional team of professionals with deep technical expertise and a track record of success in IT service delivery. We are thrilled to welcome them to DIS and look forward to working together to drive innovation and enhance the value we provide to our clients,” said DIS CEO JD Sullivan.

“The addition of David Lieberman to our executive team as Chief Technology Officer will be instrumental in shaping and expanding our IT practice,” added Sullivan.

Effective Feb. 1, all Vital Edge employees joined DIS. Service teams remain in place to ensure the continuous delivery of services to existing federal clients, including the departments of Veterans Affairs and Health and Human Services, the Small Business Administration, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the Federal Aviation Administration.
