Houston-based KBR (NYSE: KBR) has finalized its acquisition of LinQuest in a transaction that expands its engineering, data analytics and digital integration capabilities in support of national security space missions.
KBR said Tuesday it will start integrating the acquired company into its government solutions segment and defense and intelligence business unit.
“LinQuest’s portfolio of capabilities significantly expands KBR’s ability to meet growing customer demands and continues KBR’s goal of transforming and enhancing key high-end digital solutions,” said Stuart Bradie, president and CEO of KBR.
The public technology company expects to bolster its capabilities across space, connected battlespace and air dominance missions through LinQuest, which has supported the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Space Force and other government agencies within DOD and IC.
In July, KBR struck a $737 million deal to acquire LinQuest to broaden its technical capabilities for defense and intelligence agency customers.
