Luke Holdings has purchased Coastal Clinical and Management Services in a transaction that expands its offerings for the Department of Homeland Security and bolster its capacity to deliver caregiver, behavioral health and health care worker services to U.S. government agencies.
“This acquisition aligns seamlessly with LUKE’s overarching vision of becoming a premier staffing company. By integrating CCMS’ expertise and resources, LUKE aims to fortify its capabilities in delivering best-in-class staffing solutions and fulfilling its mission of care,” Luke CEO John Sanders said in a statement published Monday.
The transaction will enable Luke to broaden its network of health care expertise, optimize resources and streamline operations in support of government agency clients.
Founded in 1996, Luke is a portfolio company of investment firm M33 Growth and is focused on providing health care staffing support for the U.S. government.
