Conti Federal to Construct Maintenance Hangar at Ellsworth AFB Under $135M USACE Contract

Conti Federal Services has secured a $135.5 million firm-fixed-price contract from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to construct a maintenance hangar at Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota.

The Department of Defense said Thursday the Orlando, Florida-based contractor, which won against three other bidders, is expected to complete the project by May 28, 2027.

Conti Federal was obligated the full contract amount from fiscal 2024 military construction funds of the Air Force at the time of the award.
