TRANSCOM Posts Solicitation for Analysis of Mobility Platform Software Development Support Contract

U.S. Transportation Command’s Joint Distribution Process Analysis Center has begun seeking proposals for an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a maximum value of $125 million to procure software development support services for the Analysis of Mobility Platform.

The IDIQ will support the entire software development life cycle of the AMP, from concept development to systems design, development and integration, according to a notice posted Friday on SAM.gov.

Task areas include contract and program management, technical support for studies and analysis, support for design and development, software maintenance, security engineering and cybersecurity requirements, configuration management, sustainment enhancement, new capability, and cloud migration.

AMP is a suite of transportation modeling and simulation tools that maps the deployment and distribution of U.S. forces around the world and includes the AMP-Core, Air Refueling Model, AMP-Port Analysis Tool, Rapid Course of Action Analysis Tool,  Joint Mobility Closure Estimator and AMP-Transportation Feasibility Assessment.

Responses are due March 25.
