ZeroFox Receives Nearly $300M in Contracts From Office of Personnel Management

ZeroFox (Nasdaq: ZFOX) will continue providing the Office of Personnel Management with digital identity protection services following the issuance of two awards.

The first is a potential $247.9 million multiple-award contract that will run through Sept. 30, 2028, while the second is a $41.3 million modification to a previously-awarded contract that extends its period of performance through June this year, the cybersecurity services provider said Thursday.

The government awarded the deals to Identity Theft Guard Solutions, which ZeroFox acquired in 2022.

ZeroFox Chairman and CEO James Foster expressed pride in being given the opportunity to continue working with OPM and provide U.S. citizens with digital identity theft protection.

“This renewed commitment signifies the joint dedication between the U.S. Government and ZeroFox in helping individuals, agencies and enterprises affected by devastating external cyberattacks,” Foster added.
