Army Veteran Michael Greenberg Takes on SVP Role at Decision Lens

Michael Greenberg, a retired U.S. Army colonel, has been named senior vice president of Army at data management and planning software developer Decision Lens.

The nearly three-decade Army veteran will support business development, go-to-market strategy and product and marketing efforts as the Arlington, Virginia-headquartered company seeks to expand its footprint across the Army, Decision Lens said Monday.

Greenberg culminated his Army service as deputy chief financial officer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, overseeing a $35 billion portfolio of programs across nine USACE appropriations.

He most recently served as a contractor and senior budget analyst within the Department of Defense’s Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, where he provided support for all phases of the planning, programming, budgeting and execution process.

Ted Reynolds, chief revenue officer of Decision Lens, said Greenberg’s military experience will enable the company to help transform the Department of Defense’s planning and budgeting processes.
