Redhorse Corporation CEO and two-time Wash100 Award winner John Zangardi has been reappointed as chair of Group 2 Leadership for Executive Mosaic’s 4×24 executive leadership program.
4×24 is a series of networking and dinner events that provide an important forum for senior industry executives to collaborate with and learn from government decision makers in support of our nation’s most critical missions. The program is designed to help select business leaders forge meaningful relationships with public sector officials in a synergetic environment.

Prior to joining Redhorse as president in 2020, Zangardi served as a senior vice president at Leidos, where his key focus areas included digital transformation, mission software and security products and services, among others.
Zangardi’s public sector career includes roles such as chief information officer for the Department of Homeland Security and acting CIO (previously principal deputy CIO) for the Department of Defense.
During his service with the U.S. Department of the Navy, Zangardi served as deputy assistant secretary of the Navy for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Information Operations and Space, as well as acting CIO.
