Dallara boasts an impressive résumé with experience at heavy-hitters like Amentum, Harris Corporation and L3 Technologies (prior to their merger) and over a decade spent at General Dynamics Information Technology. At all of these organizations she oversaw contracts divisions specifically, which makes her an ideal fit to chair 4×24’s Contracts Group, which takes a rigorous look at acquisition and procurement strategy and all that goes into securing a win and delivering on its specifications.
