Executive Mosaic Appoints Industry Veteran Heather Dallara 4×24 Contracts Group Chair

Executive Mosaic is thrilled to announce the appointment of Integral Federal Senior Vice President of Business Operations Heather Dallara as chair of the 4×24 Contracts Group.

The 4×24 leadership program is a networking series centered around dinners and meetings that foster meaningful business connection and inspiration within the government contracting industry and federal sector. 4×24 is known for its spirited dialogues, invaluable strategic opportunities and refined atmosphere. All are welcome to apply but admittance must be approved based on qualification. Find out more here or email EM’s team at info@executivemosaic.com.

Dallara boasts an impressive résumé with experience at heavy-hitters like Amentum, Harris Corporation and L3 Technologies (prior to their merger) and over a decade spent at General Dynamics Information Technology. At all of these organizations she oversaw contracts divisions specifically, which makes her an ideal fit to chair 4×24’s Contracts Group, which takes a rigorous look at acquisition and procurement strategy and all that goes into securing a win and delivering on its specifications.

“It is a privilege to be appointed chairman of the Contracts Group at Executive Mosaic. Our contracts community has a powerful role in transforming government procurement to be innovative and agile,” Dallara remarked. “I am honored to collaborate with industry and government leaders, in partnership with organizations such as National Contract Management Association, to demonstrate that the contracts community is the nexus where thought leaders, practitioners and the broader industry and government stakeholders come to solve the toughest problems.”

4×24’s membership body is divided into groups that hold their own meetings based on interests and experience level, so its members are surrounded by peers with a great deal of common ground. Members are privy to the insights of a roundelay of memorable speakers, often notable figures from the government.

“Heather represents a best-in-class leader of high-powered contracts teams, and she’s known for delivering results in the competitive and complex GovCon market. Her reputation for thorough and impeccable contract delivery reflects her leadership by example,” said Jim Garrettson, founder and CEO of Executive Mosaic and the 4×24 program. “Contract executives play the essential namesake step and crucial role in advancing government missions and driving procurement innovation. Our organization and the contract team of senior contract executives are thrilled to have Heather leading this important peer group initiative through what promises to be an exciting new 4×24 season.”

Dallara is one of several newly designated chairs of 4×24 groups, while others are veterans and have held their position for several years now. To see if you might find a place in one of its groups, click here to inquire or email Executive Mosaic at info@executivemosaic.com.
