Air Force Picks 8 Companies for $195M Aircraft Support Services Work

Eight contractors will compete for task orders under a potential five-year, $195 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract from the U.S. Air Force for transient alert services at multiple bases.

Support will be provided to aircraft without base assignment or needing routine servicing, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.

Services include aircraft management control, in-flight and ground emergency response, arrival, processing and departure support as well as environmental compliance assistance. Work will run through Aug. 31, 2028, at 59 Air Force bases.

The awardees are:

  • PDO-Vision J
  • Phoenix Management 
  • Shiloh Services
  • T Square Logistics
  • TA1
  • Tanaq Government Services
  • Triad LSC

The Air Force is obligating $18,000 from its fiscal 2023 operation and maintenance funds at time of award of task orders with minimum guarantee.
