Conway, a two-time Wash100 awardee, will bring to Xcelerate’s board his federal contracting industry experience and will help shape the company’s strategic direction and promote innovation, the defense and national security company said Thursday.
He previously served as an executive VP and president of public sector business at NTT Data Services. He held senior leadership roles at ACS and IBM (NYSE: IBM) and served as a program manager at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT).
Evans has two decades of experience in finance and accounting and will oversee the company’s financial strategies and operations as CFO.
Prior to Xcelerate, she was CFO at Celerity. Her industry career included time at E&Y and Arthur Andersen.
Heller will advance employee engagement and development as human resources VP.
He previously served as a managing principal at Pillar One Consulting for more than a decade and was the founder and CEO of iRevu. He also held HR leadership roles at several companies, including Evoke Consulting, Digital Management, Deltek, Washington Consulting, Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) and American Management Systems.
