Eleven companies have won spots on a $750 million multiple-award contract to provide small-caliber ammunition products to the U.S. Special Operations Command.
SOCOM received 16 proposals for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract via a full and open competition, the Department of Defense said Friday.

According to solicitation documents, the command would obtain small and large quantities of commercial off-the-shelf ammo, modified COTS and munitions manufactured to a government-owned technical data package.
