Analytical Mechanics Associates has secured a potential $1.5 billion contract to provide flight readiness support at NASA’s Langley Research Center in Virginia.
Hampton, Virginia-based AMA will assist the center across research, engineering and science programs as part of the eight-year contract, the space agency said Wednesday.
The RSES effort covers system design, engineering, modeling, integration and development of flight hardware; flight dynamics and controls; systems analysis and concepts development; science research and analysis; and an atmospheric science data center.
AMA also help the agency integrate fundamental methods and concepts in research.
