“I am all about creating organizations grounded in teamwork, trust, and transparency, with an eye toward driving sales growth and delivering the best possible customer outcomes,” said Barrows.

Lumen also appointed industry leaders Sham Chotai and Ashley Haynes-Gaspar as EVP of product and technology and EVP for customer experience, wholesale and international, respectively.

Chotai will help transform the company’s information technology architectures and offerings to meet customers’ requirements. He has held C-Suite roles at various tech companies, including GE, Hewlett-Packard and Barrick Gold.

Haynes-Gaspar brings to the role her marketing leadership experience. She previously served as chief marketing officer for GE’s two global divisions.
