Deltek has wrapped up its acquisition of TIP Technologies in a transaction that will integrate quality management system and manufacturing execution system offerings into the Herndon, Virginia-based software provider’s portfolio of enterprise resource planning and manufacturing platforms for the GovCon industry.
Mike Corkery, president and CEO of Deltek and a two-time Wash100 awardee, said in a statement published Monday the two companies have worked together for years and the combination allows Deltek to offer an integrated portfolio of QMS, MES and ERP platforms meant to help contractors comply with federal government requirements.
Corkery added that Deltek remains committed to meeting the needs of aerospace and defense companies using third-party ERP systems.
