Scott Cragg, a nearly two-decade federal information technology veteran, has been named director of strategic growth at IT and contact center services provider HighPoint Global.
He will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategy to help government agencies manage customer experience and outcomes, HighPoint said Friday.
Cragg previously held the chief information officer and chief technology officer roles at the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board and served as CIO at the U.S. Secret Service and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. His government career also included tenure as deputy CIO for the departments of Veterans Affairs and Housing and Urban Development.
Prior to joining HighPoint, he served as senior principal of federal services at Maximus (NYSE: MMS) for almost four years, according to his LinkedIn profile.
HighPoint maintains a portfolio of IT, contact center, training and digital and media service offerings for the government sector.
