Veraxx to Update Marine Corps’ Aviation Training Platform; Chris Conrad Quoted

Veraxx Engineering has won a $46 million to help the U.S. Marine Corps update a virtual system for integrated and networked aircrew readiness programs.

The company said Tuesday it will provide technical services to support the modernization of USMC’s Aviation Distributed Virtual Training Environment and the sustainment support for ADVTE equipment such as network exercise control hubs.

Chris Conrad, CEO of Veraxx, noted that the company has provided training support to USMC over the past two decades.

“We are proud to have earned this opportunity to continue enhancing and evolving ADVTE and will continue to work closely and collaboratively with the Marines and our acquisition community teammates in doing so,” Conrad added.

Contract work will take place in six U.S. states and Japan.
