IT Services Contractor Procentrix Gets Investment From Macquarie Capital; Mike Hughes Quoted

Procentrix, a Herndon, Virginia-based information technology modernization platforms provider, has partnered with and secured a capital investment from Macquarie Group’s principal investment and advisory arm.

“This partnership will help Procentrix significantly expand its capabilities, customer base and enable us to pursue new growth avenues,” Mike Hughes, president and CEO of Procentrix, said in a statement published Monday.

Procentrix provides low-code software development, cloud services, process automation, application development, mobile enablement, data and analytics and other IT modernization support services to federal civilian, defense, homeland security, state and local government agencies.

Jared Doskow, managing director at Macquarie Capital Principal Finance, said Procentrix delivers technologies that serve as “important catalysts” that enable federal civilian and other government agencies to improve efficiency and work faster.

Procentrix marks the third federal services investment by Macquarie Capital in the U.S.
